Shipping, Delivery & Pick-Up Policy

For the freshest coffee possible, we ship, or will have your coffee ready for pick-up the day after roasting, Tuesday, and Friday (order deadline is 11:59 pm Sunday and Wednesday). 

 

Once an order is placed, shipping methods cannot be changed; to do so, the order must be cancelled and a new order must be placed.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of coffee being a food item, we do not accept any returns on coffee beans if the bag has been opened. 

Equipment and non-food products in their original unused condition can be returned or exchanged, or through the mail, with proof of purchase within 30 days from original purchase date. Customer assumes responsibility for return shipping.

Grinding Policy

We can grind coffee at customer’s request, we ask that you choose carefully.  Customer still accepts full responsibility and cannot return or exchange ground coffee, or request it to be re-ground if the grind setting is not to their liking.
