Shipping, Delivery & Pick-Up Policy

For the freshest coffee possible, we ship, or will have ready for pick-up your coffee the day after roasting, Tuesday, and Thursday (order deadline is 6am Tu/Th). 


Once an order is placed, shipping methods cannot be changed; to do so, the order must be cancelled and a new order must be placed.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of coffee being a food, we cannot accept any returns on coffee beans. 

Equipment and non-food products in their original unused condition can be returned or exchanged at our Falls Church location, or through the mail, with proof of purchase within 30 days from original purchase date. Customer assumes responsibility for return shipping.

Grinding Policy

We ask that you choose carefully. We can grind coffee at customer’s request and customer still accepts full responsibility and cannot return or exchange coffee, or request it to be re-ground if the grind setting is not to their liking.

note: Some coffees are not recommended for grinding due to a defect called the potato defect. If the option is selected for these coffees, all responsibility for the possibility of this defect occurring is agreed to, by the customer and still cannot request a return, refund, or exchange.
