Cancellation Policy

Please note, all classes and reservations are nonrefundable.

For rescheduling or cancellations, please sign up as site member on our website; go to your account, then "My Bookings".

  • If you are unable to attend you can transfer your spot to a friend.

  • All changes, cancellations, and reschedule requests must be made through your Site Member Account > My Bookings > Cancel or Reschedule.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the class through the website can request store credit via email. 

  • Rescheduling requests outside of available classes will include a private class fee.
